Excerpt from Stainless Steel Kitchen Cart Commercial Grade - How to Care For Them :
Keep Them Clean. While Stainless Steel Kitchen Cart Commercial Grade will allow you to spill things and make a mess on their surface, they also want that mess cleaned up when you are done the cooking. There are a couple of reasons for this.
First, leaving liquids and other food items on the carts can start to eat away at the finish over time. The second reason is your health. If you leave remnants of food on your Stainless Steel Kitchen Cart Commercial Grade, you are essentially encouraging bacteria to breed on one of your food preparation surfaces. As you wipe down your countertops and other cooking spaces, make sure you wipe down your kitchen carts, including the handles, and anything that may have dripped on the legs. You can use a soapy water mixture to clean the surface, and then a glass cleaner or similar item to make it shine. If there are smudges that are not coming off with a regular cleaning, you may need to bring in a different cleaner.
